Not content with his job as a bouncer at a local Beantown bar and a little embarrassing to his family achieved, Doug Glatt dream of the kind of success enjoyed by the wicked minor league hockey Rhea Ross. When a chance encounter with a thug on the ice led to a bloody fist fight that Doug is easy to win, coach of the Highlanders Halifax saw the potential in the giant-sized man who is only hampered by the lack of any ability to play hockey and older brother figure shoe. Standing up to ridicule from other players, Doug managed to join the team, and with encouragement from her hockey obsessed best friend quickly becomes a rising star. Soon he will have the opportunity to face off against Ross "The Boss" Rhea and may eventually landed a girlfriend. Now - all he needs is to learn how to skate.
